• This is designed to be a transformational program that allows advisors to make rapid progress. This requires a supportive environment where participants feel comfortable to share their personal challenges and learnings. First and foremost, we expect and encourage interactions that foster support of one another. Discriminatory, hurtful, or negative behavior and comments will not be tolerated and may be grounds for removal from the program.

• During the course of the program, participants may disclose personal and sensitive information; participants are expected to maintain the confidentiality of other participants and what is shared in each session.

• Participants should ensure that they are in a confidential, quiet space when attending group calls.

• This program requires participants to do the pre-work, show up on time, and be fully present for the entirety of sessions for maximum results.

• Group coaching is designed to be interactive -- participants are expected to share and be an active participant in every session.

• If a participant must miss a live group session, participants are required to complete the "Missed Session Form" before the next live session.

• If participants show up to two sessions without having completed the individual work, are continuously distracted during sessions, are more than 15 minutes late (or leave 15 minutes early or step away from the session for 15 minutes or longer) on more than two occasions, or completely miss more than two group sessions, they will not be considered a graduate of the EAGA program.

• Following a 3rd missed session, a participant will be removed from the program without a refund.

• Future events, discounts, and programming will only be available to those that are considered EAGA Graduates. It is highly encouraged that no more than one session is missed during the program.

• This program is delivered via video conference software. Participants are expected to have a quality webcam, audio, and internet service.

• Participants agree to have their contact information (name, firm name, email address, phone number) shared with other participants for small-group coordination and other program-related communication purposes.
