New onboarding cases from CX will be created with a default “Closed” status in C.E.O. to help advisors better organize their workload.

This update – details below – is effective as of Wednesday, June 3, 2020.

  • Default “Closed” Status: New onboarding cases from CX will be created with a default “Closed” status in C.E.O. This will help reduce the number of cases added to the queue when users log in to CX for the first time. For tracking purposes, use the Client Dashboard Status field. The cases will display in CX as open Checklist items when the Client Dashboard Status is not set to “Complete.”
