Omaha, NE – October 24, 2019 – Carson Group, one of the fastest-growing financial services firms in the country, is excited to announce that President Teri Shepherd has been named a Finalist in the Female Executive of the Year – Business Services category in the 16th annual Stevie® Awards for Women in Business. The Stevie Awards for Women in Business honor women executives, entrepreneurs, employees and the companies they run worldwide. The Stevie Awards have been hailed as the world’s premier business awards.

Shepherd leads Carson’s institutional and retail-focused divisions, including operations, compliance, transformations, technology, communications and stakeholder development. She also oversees continuous improvements to optimize the advisor and client experience for the firm, which now collectively manages $11.2 billion in assets among 108 partner offices around the country.

Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award winners will be announced during a gala event at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York on Friday, November 15. Nominated female executives and entrepreneurs from the United States and several other countries will be in attendance at the livestreamed event.
