As Training Associate, Devin provides training resources and best practices to our partners to ensure operational efficiencies. His primary goal is to help our clients succeed now, through purposeful and engaging trainings that leave them with the knowledge and resources they can use to pursue their goals tomorrow.
Prior to joining Carson Group, Devin spent five years as a teacher and coach. He took his experiences implementing technology in the classroom to the EdTech world, where he became an Education Consultant, training educators and leading workshops across the country in classroom, school and district-wide technology integration. Between his years as an Education Consultant, Devin was selected to help launch the first Virtual School in Nebraska, serving kindergarten to high school students across the state. He graduated from the University of Nebraska with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration and a Master’s in Education.
When he’s not at work, Devin and his wife, Laine, are busy with their one-year-old girl/boy twins, Leo and Ari. Loving to travel when he gets the chance, Devin enjoys going to different countries and regions of the US. Devin also loves a variety of sports and cheers for the Nebraska Cornhuskers, Kansas City Chiefs and US Soccer.
