In his role as Business Development Consultant, Ethan partners with advisors, helps identify areas they would like to improve, develop, or change, then solves for those items. Ethan does this by being attentive. He wants to hear more about you and your practice so he can better understand you professionally and provide effective solutions. Organization is very important to Ethan. This enables him to be more thorough and work more efficiently. Lastly, he is driven. Ethan will do whatever it takes to get the job done. He is no stranger to hard work and long hours. Nothing feels better to him than the sense of accomplishment after a job is done, and most importantly, when it’s done right.
Ethan has spent his entire professional career in the financial industry. He started at the University of Nebraska Omaha where he was part of an internship program which ranked in the top three internships across all industries by Vault Incorporated. After graduation, he was offered a full-time position at a Fortune 100 company and spent the next two years as an Advisor. Ethan was then recruited by a third-party asset manager where he expanded his knowledge and experience while working on a digital account opening tool. In less than three years, that product became the #1 strategy at the firm and grew to over $300M in AUM.
In his spare time Ethan loves to stay active. His favorite hobbies include: golf, snow skiing, traveling and spending time on the water.
