As Vice President, Finance, Kim’s focus is on the financial operations of the company, which includes optimizing day-to-day functions. Kim also strives to identify opportunities to improve reporting and sharing information with the rest of the organization in a meaningful fashion, providing data points that can assist in decision-making.

Kim is originally from Beresford, SD and graduated from the University of North Dakota with Bachelor of Accountancy degree. She spent the past 10 years as Controller/VP Finance for a technology company based in Omaha before joining Carson Wealth in 2014.

Kim and her family live on an acreage outside of Bennington, NE.  She enjoys spending time with her husband, Rick, daughter, Makenzie, and son, Grayson. They enjoy camping in the spring and fall, biking and swimming and cheering on the University of North Dakota hockey team.
