About Kristi
Kristi is a seasoned business development leader with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As the VP of Business Development at Carson Group, Kristi oversees the creation and execution of strategies to grow and diversify Carson’s network of partners and affiliates, which includes thousands of financial advisors and clients across the country.
The financial services industry has changed a great deal in recent years, creating many new ways for advisors to serve and attract clients. Kristi’s background in the grocery store industry helped her prepare for this current landscape, including maximizing community, social selling and marketing strategies now used in firm planning and idea sharing with financial advisors. This has spread to mentoring our AVP’s in business development as Carson teams look to serve the independent advisor.
When not serving advisors, Kristi enjoys spending Nebraska summers at the lake, designing jewelry and cooking for her family. If you stop by on a summer evening, you might find her reading a book outside while enjoying a charcuterie tray she created. She is also passionate about fighting Crohn’s disease and colitis, and serves on the Nebraska Board of the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation.
