Liz Fishbaugh joined Carson in 2021 and currently serves as Vice President, Business Development, South Central region. Liz spent the previous five years serving as a Director and as Vice President of Arbor Point Advisors, where she was responsible for all business development and service efforts. She played a major role in growing Arbor Point from $900 million in AUM to nearly $10 billion in AUM through recruiting efforts as well as mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, she oversaw the acquisition of more than 100 financial professionals and $3 billion in AUM into the firm.

Liz started her career in financial services in 2012 with Orion Advisor Services, where she helped financial professionals find the right technology for their business and create efficiencies within their firms.

Liz is an Omaha native and has served as a mentor in Tom Osborne’s TeamMates program, as well as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for children in the foster care system. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her son, Teddy, and her husband, Cory.
