About Randy
As Vice President of Business Development for the Central Region, Randy helps advisors achieve “growth with balance” when they partner with Carson. Randy jokes that he is a ‘recovering wholesaler’ and thrives on delivering solutions that empower advisors to reach their goals.
Prior to joining Carson in January 2013, Randy was a Regional Vice President and Investment Consultant for two different Fortune 100 companies. Randy has been in the financial services industry since 1994. He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Central College in Pella, Iowa, and an MBA from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa.
A native of Prairie City, Iowa, Randy resides in Omaha with his wife, Kristi; sons, Jacob and Jonah, and daughter, Madeleine. Randy enjoys biking, boating and any activities that his family can do together.
