About Teri
Teri is a dynamic business development leader with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. As VP, Sales Management & Enablement, Teri is responsible for enhancing the sales process to drive revenue growth and deal closure by creating and executing enablement strategies.
Teri manages the national AVP team, with a specific focus on enabling Business Development efforts to prospect, educate and expand the Carson footprint. Teri partners closely with the Marketing team on lead generation, event creation and marketing materials.
Teri’s financial services experience includes sales enablement strategies, digital banking, product development, technology portfolios and wealth management. She is skilled at aligning initiatives with strategic goals, developing digital and product frameworks and leading high-performing teams with a passion for innovation.
Teri received a Business Administration degree with an Economics minor from Nebraska Wesleyan University. She enjoys investing her personal time in school and athletic organizations. She is an avid sports fan and enjoys spectating, coaching and cheering for all youth sports. Teri is the proud mother to two amazing kids and enjoys volunteering at their school and her church.
