The company’s diversity and culture initiatives are the responsibility of everyone in the organization and are sponsored by our IDEA (Inclusion, Diversity, Education, Action) Council. The Council was created to develop a shared language and understanding among stakeholders while educating and connecting them to individuals and organizations that ignite change in our company and our community.
