About Bobby

Throughout his career Bobby has had experience working with advisors throughout varying stages of their career, and in vastly different organizational structures. This experience allows him to approach each conversation in a truly consultative manner looking at each office uniquely with the goal of helping them develop the strategy and solutions best suited to help meet their clients needs. He also brings a high level of respect to his role as he feels the work of a Financial Advisor is so essential. He finds joy in helping offices develop strategies that allow their clients attain their financial dreams and experience life to it’s fullest.

Prior to joining the Carson Group Bobby spent 11 years at LPL Financial. During his tenure he worked in a variety of different roles most recently serving as the Vice President of Business Consulting engaging with the top 100 largest offices in the Los Angeles, San Diego, and Hawaii territories. Bobby was responsible for supporting the strategic and daily operational needs of his client base, driving profitability to the platform, creating new revenue opportunities and improving the overall engagement of each client. Before joining the Business Consulting team, he spent time as Vice President of LPL’s RIA Custody Platform as well as several different positions within the firm’s Business Development divisions.

Bobby earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication from Arizona State University in Tempe, Arizona, and holds the Series 7 license.

He currently lives in San Diego, California with his wife, Laura, his twin daughters, Kayla and Hailey, and their dog, Penny. Bobby enjoys spending time with his family, playing golf, hiking, and doing home improvement projects around the house.
