About Jake
Jake holds a degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He began his career in the transportation and logistics industry, where he spent five years in a variety of sales roles. During that time, Jake developed a strong foundation across the full sales cycle, built lasting relationships, and refined his ability to identify client needs and deliver value-driven solutions.
Today, Jake leverages this well-rounded background in his role at Carson Group, where he partners with financial advisors to help them grow faster, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the long-term value of their businesses. He especially enjoys meeting new people, leading discovery conversations, and sharing ideas that help advisors take their firms to the next level.
Outside of work, Jake enjoys spending quality time with family and friends. He’s passionate about staying active and making the most of the outdoors, whether that’s on the golf course, out for a run, or traveling to new places.
