About Jessica
In her role as Associate Vice President of Business Development for the South Central Region, Jessica is passionate about learning what drives each advisor’s business and helping them explore how Carson could be the right partner for their next stage of success. She brings both strategic perspective and an energetic, collaborative style to every conversation.
Jessica earned her MBA from Oklahoma State University and her bachelor’s degree from the University of Missouri. With a career focused on marketing strategy and advisor growth, she has guided advisors through brand transitions, client acquisition campaigns, and business development strategies, giving her a practical understanding of how to help firms thrive.
Outside of work, Jessica loves traveling with her two daughters, embracing new experiences along the way. Whether it’s trying local foods, catching a live musical, or cheering on the Kansas City Chiefs, she’s always up for adventure.
