About Ramesh
Ramesh is a seasoned engineering leader with a track record for turning big ideas into real, impactful software solutions, and he brings more than two decades of experience in technology leadership to his role at Carson. He’s passionate about aligning business and technology to drive results that matter, and has spent his career leading digital transformation, product leadership, and executing global technology strategies across the financial services sector.
A hands-on leader, mentor, and coach, Ramesh has led enterprise-wide implementations under tight deadlines and knows how to get things done. With deep experience in digital transformation, global tech strategy, enterprise architecture, and business development, he brings a unique blend of vision and execution. He’s also a multiple software patent holder and has co-founded and held CTO/COO roles at several private startups.
Prior to joining Carson, Ramesh served as the Global Group Head of Engineering during his 10 years at Envestnet, leading a team of 250+ developers, architects, and analysts dedicated to improving operational efficiency through automation, and leading technical transformations to optimize costs, system reliability, and enterprise-wide AI adoption.
Outside of work, Ramesh enjoys spending cherished time with his wonderful granddaughters, exploring new destinations through travel, creating memorable experiences in the kitchen, and enjoying a great action movie.
