CO-BRANDED MARKETING COLLATERAL

Upon receipt of Partner’s logo and Marketing Collection Form, the marketing team will create the branded collateral for the Partner’s firm. The following approvals are needed before files can be uploaded to the online storefront:

» Partner

» CWM, LLC Compliance (if applicable)

» Cetera (or other B/D) Compliance Once approvals are received, files will be uploaded and the Partner’s designated user will receive login credentials to order printed pieces through the online storefront (if applicable).

Estimated turnaround times for print items are as follows:

» Business Cards: each card ordered must go through individual compliance review after ordering. Once approved, cards are printed within 4 business days.

» Folders, Envelopes, Invitations, Confidential Profile, Strategy Booklet: 7-10 business days.

The Regional Marketing Consultant will complete this form based on the Partner completed compliance form. This information will be used by Design and Firespring for creation of Partner Stationery, Collateral and Storefront.

With this option, we will print both of the addresses for the office locations identified above on your collateral.

With this option, we will print an individual address for each office location identified above on your collateral.
