**If you log into the website initially there is an option to “Call Me” which will connect you to the meeting via phone. Alternatively, you can dial the information and enter the Access ID provided.
App Instructions
- Download the WebEx app
- Click “Join Meeting”
- Enter meeting ID – 924 255 951
- Click “Join in upper right”.
- You can select “Call Me” and WebEx will link you directly to the audio via phone.
- There is an option to “Auto Call” so each time you enter you are connected via phone.
You will be able to join the meeting 15 minutes prior to the meeting time of 7:30am CST.
