Carson Partners Event & Speaker Request Form

Submitting this form does not guarantee that Carson or the specific resources will be available. The request will be reviewed by the marketing and event teams within a week to determine next steps.

You are responsible for all costs associated with the event, including venue, food, drinks, print materials, handout, marketing giveaways, etc, regardless of whether the requested speaker is able to attend**...We will not charge you for the time or travel of the selected Carson speaker, provided there are 25 attendees or more at the an in-person event. If there are less than 25 attendees at an in-person event, you will be required to pay a Carson event fee of $3,000, due at the time of the event. 30 days after the event concludes.

**While every attempt to accommodate your request will be made, if the requested speaker is unable to attend the event due to weather, travel delays, or other circumstances beyond our control, even after your request has been reviewed and approved, we will not be responsible for any damages or owe you any reimbursement for the costs of the event. Your request may also be initially declined due to timing and resource conflicts, insufficient notice, or other circumstances in our sole discretion.

***For the safety of our stakeholders and your attendees, COVID-19 protocol will need to be followed, in accordance with the CDC’s suggested guidelines and your local directive health measures for in-person events. Our events team will work closely with you on recommendations and guidelines to make your event as safe and enjoyable as we can possibly accommodate.

Please note: Due to time and travel considerations, a Partner is only allowed to schedule each speaker one (1) time annually for in-person events.
