Carson Group is rolling out an update to its new advisor and client portals.
The $11.2 billion RIA said that advisors affiliated with the firm will now be able to show their clients a new version of what it calls a ‘personalized gameplan’ in the form of an interactive timeline. The timeline will allow Carson advisors to show clients key decisions in which they provided assistance.
The tool will also automatically track notes Carson advisors take during client meetings and organize them as to-do lists for both the advisor and client.
